STRONG by Zumba – NEW CLASS starts 29th October 2016

SIGN UP NOW for our ‘Introduction to Zumba Strong’ package.  6 classes for £27 and we will give you all the training and guidance you need to get involved in our new weekly class.

This is going to be a great new addition to our class timetable and we are convinced that Zumba Strong will introduce a whole new group of people of all ages shapes, sizes and abilities to the benefits of High Intensity Interval training, all in a fun, safe and controlled environment.  Choreographed to some fantastic, upbeat sound tracks with body-weight movements and exercises suited to everyone, we cannot wait to get started.

 

 

 

METAFIT – Bodyweight training

Due to increased interest and increasing numbers at our weekly Metafit we are considering putting on a second class.  Watch this space for more details and if you haven’t tried it yet then come along for a trial class for FREE.
