A 30 minute stretch class for active individuals. A perfect opportunity for runners, HIIT athletes and individuals who train hard to wind down, stretch and recover. Aimed at an beginner/intermediate level to help relieve sore muscles and DOMS.
For people who train but don’t stretch, this is a short recovery and flexibility class to help improve performance and general well being.
This is NOT a yoga class but uses yoga movements and generic stretches in a routine which will support and enable you to train better and harder, and you’ll burn around 80-140 calories in the process.
