This is an hour long Yin-Yang yoga class focusing on flexibility, strength and injury prevention.
Carla has been doing yoga for five years. Originally she practised Bikram in Edinburgh and then moved on to Ashtanga. This all culminated in her recent 200hr teacher certificate achieved in Thailand through the Tribe Academy. Here she learned about many strands of yoga and did a lot of Yin, some Iyengar and some Ashtanga.
Carla finds variable anatomy extremely interesting when applied to yoga, and is also a huge promoter of yoga for stress relief, flexibility and strength building.
