Sports, remedial and therapeutic massage
Sports massage – a deep tissue treatment that can be used to treat specific injuries or to improve overall sporting performance. By identifying muscle-group imbalance, it can identify which remedial exercises will be most effective; it can also help with rehabilitation after bone fractures.
Remedial massage – treatment is tailored to the individual client. It can help to treat muscle spasm, RSI, pain from muscle imbalance, arthritis, asthma, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and all kinds of muscle pain.
Therapeutic massage – a gentle treatment to relax muscles, reduces stress and provide a general mental and physical ‘recharge’. Can provide relief from fatigue, poor posture, physical, mental or emotional exhaustion, anxiety, migraine, endometriosis and high blood pressure.
