As of the 25th June we will be running our new fitness timetable.  We have reduced a couple of classes and added a few extras.  Still loads of variety and loads of opportunities to get fit in our lovely fitness studio.  Full body workouts, HIIT training, Boxing, Dance classes, Stretch classes and Abs workouts.  Its a fantastic way to keep fit either as a compliment to your gym workouts or simply as your only regular sessions.
