There’s no doubt about it. Exercising with others can be lots of fun, and often supereffective. With five new classes joining The Club’s roster this month, now could be the ideal moment to experience the supportive, fun vibe that joining a fitness class can bring.
Absolute Beginners Pilates with Elaine is on Wednesdays, 11 am-12noon;
six-week block £48, £10 drop-in.
On Thursdays, 5.45-6.30pm, it’s Barre with Jorja (four-week block £25, drop-in £8).
We have two new Hatha Yoga classes with Kayleigh: Hatha Flow on Saturdays, 12noon-1pm, and Hatha Flow Beginners, a gentler approach, on Sundays, 12-30-1.30pm, and (from 3rd March) Tuesdays at 7 pm. All cost just £35 for six-week block, £6 drop-in.
Express Callanetics with Gill on Mondays from 7-7.45am is a great way to kick-start your week: 10-week block is £75, £10 drop-in.
Dance, Baby and Me (Tuesdays, 10.30-11 am, £5 drop-in or £18 per month), a fun class for you and your child aged 18mths to 3yrs, that’s guaranteed to get both of you moving and making new friends.
Each of these new classes has its own approach to building fitness, strength and flexibility. What they share is a focus on results, on-the-spot help and a supportive group atmosphere. Fancy giving it a go? There’s no time like the present – and you can sign up at The Club.
All costs quoted are for Members but non-Members can also join in, at a slightly higher charge.
