Yes, you will find Ralph’s beginners’ classes challenging and fun. But no, they’re not aerobic, “feel the burn” workout sessions. During each class you progressively build on the skills introduced at previous sessions as you learn to safely perform three fundamental kettlebell lifts; the Turkish Get-up, the Goblet Squat and the Hardstyle Swing
