
A Level 3 personal trainer, Kettlebell instructor and holder of a range of other fitness and nutrition qualifications, Dayle began his fitness journey at Edinburgh Leisure and went on to work at Macdonald Marine Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh and Bannatynes Health Club. He helps clients with pre/postpartum fitness, post-surgery recovery, general weight loss and toning, overcoming mental health issues and eating disorders, or preparing for specific events such as a marathon or wedding.
