Huld is a Level 3 personal trainer and a qualified kettlebell and circuits instructor experienced in working with cancer and gender mastectomy recovery, people with neuromuscular disorders, below-the-knee amputees and hypermobile clients. Fat- positive and inclusive, Huld works regularly with trans/ non-binary clients, focusing on functional strength training and gender-affirming muscle development. Huld also offers conditioning for endurance athletes, at-home strength and high-intensity training.
