After an introductory class with Ralph this week I quickly found out that my previous experiences of Kettlebell training, although fairly thorough, were actually flawed in many ways.
With a combination of Ralph’s patient and calm approach to coaching, his years of experience and the use of the StrongFirst method I have now gained solid, safe technique which I can not only use in his classes but also practice on my own. Ralph broke down the basics in detail to ensure that as I progress I will always be sure to use the kettlebell safely and efficiently.
For me this Kettlebell class ticks all the boxes, increased endurance, greater mobility and improved overall strength and fitness. This is an all-round opportunity to get great tuition in a safe and friendly environment and to build strength for life….. count me in!
