"Frankie has been a personal trainer and nutritionist for 8 years, specialising in female strength and fat loss. She has had her own struggles with weight in the past, and after losing 3 stone (for good!) she now works with people of all ages to get strong, healthy, and body confident.

Frankie has 3 diplomas in nutrition, a level 3 qualification in personal training, and, is currently studying biochemistry in the hopes of becoming a dietician.
