Greg has 15 years of personal training and industry experience. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and is a qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3 Strength and Conditioning, Level 4 Nutritional Advisor and Wellbeing Coach). He works one-to-one, with couples and with groups.
