Tom Phillip

Personal Trainer

Tom Philip is a Level 3 Personal Trainer who has been

coaching individuals and sports teams for 20 years.

Passionate about both physical and mental health, Tom

combines his physical training with work in the care sector,

helping people with physical and mental health conditions

to benefit from exercise.

Tom is a former Scotland international rugby

player who retired early from professional sports following

a succession of injuries. This led him to specialise in

human body mechanics, healthy posture, injury prevention

and muscle proportion. Tom is keen to help anyone, from

first-time gym goers to serious athletes, with tailored,

personalised sessions and programs.
