Davina French
Owner / Personal Trainer
Davina is an experienced fitness professional whose career combines both personal training and fitness centre management. After studying Health and Fitness at Edinburgh’s Telford College, Davina joined Quayside Musselburgh where she gained further qualifications including in Schwinn Spinning, Boxercise, Aquafit, Swimming coaching, B.W.L.A., Circuit and Resistance training and Swiss Ball level 1 & 2. Davina later progressed to training and management positions at gyms including The Ladies Club, the Royal Commonwealth Pool and Next Generation / David Lloyd, Newhaven.
‘I have worked with such a wide variety of clients, from pregnant ladies to people training for challenge events such as 10K and mini-triathlon, and from clients looking to increase fitness, tone and lose weight to clients in need of rehabilitation. I love the variety of people that I meet and train, and take great satisfaction in seeing the positive results that each client can achieve.’

Frankie Lloyd
Personal Trainer
Frankie has been a personal trainer and nutritionist for 8 years, specialising in female strength and fat loss. She has had her own struggles with weight in the past, and after losing 3 stone (for good!) she now works with people of all ages to get strong, healthy, and body confident.
I made so many mistakes when I was trying to lose weight, and I HATED exercise. Once I found out where I was going wrong, and how I could make exercise work for me, it changed everything!"
Frankie has 3 diplomas in nutrition, a level 3 qualification in personal training, and, is currently studying biochemistry in the hopes of becoming a dietician

Huld Märtha (they/them she/her)
Personal Trainer
Huld is a Level 3 personal trainer and a qualified kettlebell and circuits instructor experienced in working with cancer and gender mastectomy recovery, people with neuromuscular disorders, below-the-knee amputees and hypermobile clients. Fat- positive and inclusive, Huld works regularly with trans/ non-binary clients, focusing on functional strength training and gender-affirming muscle development. Huld also offers conditioning for endurance athletes, at-home strength and high-intensity training.

My mission is to help you move well and feel fantastic, and give you the skills and fitness to feel comfortable and confident in or out of the gym. Since starting work as a personal trainer I’ve helped people across the spectrum of ability, size, shape and gender to gain confidence and strength. Greg Ellis
Personal Trainer
Greg has 15 years of personal training and industry experience. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and is a qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3 Strength and Conditioning, Level 4 Nutritional Advisor and Wellbeing Coach). He works one-to-one, with couples and with groups.
‘My clients range from professional athletes working on strength and conditioning to people of all ages aiming for a more active lifestyle and the enhanced wellbeing that comes with it. Together we can improve strength, mobility and endurance, deal with weight loss or weight gain, and also tackle sports-specific training, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.'

I currently work with people who want to get in shape and change their habits to sustain the results long term. I also work with those who are active in sport in providing sports massage and injury specific exercise to preform, recover and prevent injury.

Anthony Guiducci

Anthony is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist from Australia. He is excited to help those in the gym limited by pain and injury with an approach that aims to empower the patient to feel confident and in charge of their recovery.
He believes in a collaborative approach that blends hands on techniques (including dry needling), targeted exercises and detailed explanations with an openness to questions. With this approach, he aims for the patient to feel at ease, to understand their pain thoroughly, feel supported with their rehab and feel that there is a clear pathway to recovery and achieving their goals.
What else excites him!? He loves to DJ and dance, explore beautiful nature, colourful cooking, and spending time in the sea or the sauna to help the body recover and re-energise from all the fun.

I’ve been a qualified and insured therapist since 2007, with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in their bodies. I specialise in Advanced Remedial and Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping, and Reflexology.

His expertise includes the treatment of AC joint sprains, ankle sprains, calf sprains, frozen shoulder, gluteal tendinopathy, hamstring strains, rotator cuff tendinopathy, sciatica, scoliosis, sacroiliac pain, tennis and golf elbow. He can provide treatment for foot, legs, trunk, chest, arms, back and cranium. Miguel's broad skill set allows him to offer effective therapeutic solutions tailored to each individual's needs, promoting optimal recovery and wellness.
Miguel, who holds an outstanding diploma in Sport Therapy, has been active in providing therapeutic massage at various sporting events, such as marathons and tennis tournaments in Edinburgh.
